Proceed following the steps, don't jump anything (else restart at step 1). Step 1 : Install the update MS Winsock Update (wsockupd.exe) then reboot. This file is required for MSDUN 1.2 update. Step 2 : Install the MS DUN 1.3 udapte then reboot. This file is required for Winsock patches. Step 3 : Install the Winsock 2.2 (ms_wsock2setup.exe) update then reboot. This file is required to use release 2.2. You are now ready to install a firewall (or at least nukenabber).. |

Sending fragmented IGMP packets to Windows 95 or 98 or WIN NT 4.0, it is possible to stop the system. This vulnerability aims mainly Windows 95 et 98. To solve the problem, download the patch for your system and install it.
