 Port Redirection - Mandrake SNF 7.2

I`m using mandrake SNF 7.2 and I`m try to get port 5632 redirected to a machine behind the firewall. I have told the firewall software through the admin web page to redirect the port to a specified ip address behind the firewall. Problem is that the port is not getting redirected. a tcpdump on the external interface (eth1) says that port 5632 is unreachable. a tcpdump on the internal interface does not show any info for port 5632. How can i redirect this port? It`s used for PC ANYWHERE 9.0?

I know that redirection works on Mandrake SNF because I have a mail system on the inside of the firewall that outside users can get to.
