 exporting/saving ATGUARD ruleset

I noticed that there is a REG file on this website with some rulesets for ATguard. Is there a simple way to export my own current configuration to a reg file?

there's justa:

1 start
2 run wite here regedit.exe then when the appear the editor

click on registry then export the registry
