hi
i'm running a ftp server and i want to give access to a couple of friends, and "deny"
everybody else. I used Black Ice before and there I could enter the ip adress of the
ones to allow and block everything else, making port 21 come up as closed or stealthed when tested. I want to know if there is something similar in ZA.

which version of zone alarm...pro or 2.6
i think there is something similar in pro, but zonealarm 2.6 doesnt seem to deal with FTP in my experience (something it should do i believe),
ill look into it for u....and have a reply in a day or 2....

Afaik you must add the ip adress to "local zone" - (security popup/advanced button) and then check the box "allow server" in local line (program popup)
ZoneAlarm - Release 2.1.44
