Tiny Personal Firewall 4 :-(

Has anyone else installed/upgraded to TPF 4? Is it just me or is it an insanely difficult program? The documentation reads like it was composed in another language and then machine-translated to English. Seems to fail even basic usability requirements as well.

TPF 3 was a good product. Version 4 seems to be truely awful.

I have used other versions of Tiny (ZA, Kerio, & Outpost). I'm currently using Ver 4.0.2.85 and had the same reaction you did when I first installed it. But after learning (a couple of day worth of reading and experimenting) how to implement the objects & profiles I love it. Now I wouldn't consider going back to ver 3. Once you learn how to define objects and set-up profiles and application groups it's actually easier to keep track of rules, make & implement new rules based on existing objects or profiles. The sandbox feature is excellent also.
