After searching for a forum specifically for Netscreen products, I was unable to find one, so I whacked up my own. http://www.netscreenforum.com
Netscreen has excellent support, but it's sometimes very useful to interact with users of the product. Feel free to take a look, post comments/questions, etc.
Note that this site isn't affiliated with Netscreen in any way, I'm just a happy user of their firewalls, looking to start a community for other users.
