 Need help for Look'nStop !

Hello,

I 'd like to create a rule for Look'n Stop (v.2) , but I have some difficulties :

I want to block every Internet connection, and authorize every local connections. Every PC on my local network has IP from xxx.xxx.xxx.1 to xxx.xxx.xxx.254
So , can you tell me exactely how to configure this rule?
