norton shuts down when i send emails.

Hello everybody,

I hope you can help me with this problem...

Each time I try to send an email for multiple addresses from Outlook Express, the "email scan" has a problem and Norton Personal Firewall shuts down...

After that, Outlook Express doesnt work anymore and i have to reset because i can´t run the firewall again.

If someone needs to know: my OS is Win 2000 pro, Im using Norton personal Firewall, Norton System Works and Outlook Express.

I think that the problem is in the firewall or maybe in the norton System works because when i disable the firewall and the "auto protection" i can send emails without a problem.

I hope someone can help me. Thx for reading all the explanation and sorry for my english.
