Try this :
1. Run MSCONFIG.EXE (Windows\System)
2. Go to the VxD tab and uncheck ndis.vdx
3. Clic on Apply .... restart the computer
4. Copy the files from WAG.EXE
5. Restart
6. Install AtGuard
7. Restart
8. Delete all protocols, adapters, clients from the Network control panel
9. Restart
10. Reinstall all protocols, adapters and clients
11. Restart
12. Run MSCONFIG.EXE (Windows\System). Go to the VxD tab and check ndis.vdx
13. Restart

Hello Nasir,

Yes you are right, I made a wrong link on wag.exe (remember to look to the original link, wich also was wrong so I correct it myself) . Please go back the page and follow the wag.exe (self extractor) link. You'll notice some corrections in the process too.
